І.General conditions:

1. This agreement is a deal between Need BG Ltd., contractor of the services of the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue "need.bg", and the users of its services, no matter if they are registered in the catalogue or not. The usage of this hyperlink is considered a consent with the clauses of this agreement. In case of disagreement users are free from the engagement with the usage of the services of the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue.
2. Need BG Ltd. places its services at users` disposal as it has been described in its web-site and it can not be hold responsible for any eventual phisical or logical problems that have occured with users` computers - such as lost of information, infection with viruses, etc.
3. Need BG Ltd. gives opportunity for advertising valid companies and organizations registered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as companies from abroad. The registration of Bulgarian companies is performed only by the name of the society specified in the document for legal registration. Need.bg required trade registration for foreign companies only, wich are using paid advertising participations in Need.bg. The Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue does not guarantee the accuracy of the information in the web site records.
4. Exception: The paid records are presented by the company`s name, the trade mark or by popular name, who is not a name or trade mark of other company. The free records are presented only by the company`s name. In case of disagreements concerning the companies`s names and the trade marks the societies furnish Certificate of incorporation to testify the authenticity of the published information about the company`s names or trade mark.
5. Need.bg is not performing intermediary activities in the implementation of contacts between companies at the website, but only provides opportunity for connection without guarantee feasibility of it.
6. The companies which want to use the services of the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue "need.bg" may register themeselves free or may choose a paied service.
7. The free registration gives right of only one reservation in the whole catalogue.
8. The client has the right to pay only once for the publication of more than one free record corresponding to a characteristic "free registration".
9. A company with more than one objects of activity, wishing to advertise each of them may do that by paid subscription and appear in different sub-categories as a new user. In being paid subscription to a subcategory of the main category not entitled to the presence in other sub-categories, but when the customer has not paid for this.
10. The position of the paied reservation in the respective subcategory is fixed by the date of the payment in a way that the first payment has priority and its place does not depend on the number of the visitations.
11. The position of the free reservation containing working connection to the web-site of the company, in the respective subcategory is fixed by the date of the registration in a way that the last reservation has priority and its position does not depend on the number of the visitations.
12. The position of the free reservation containing only Feedback to the company in the respective subcategory is fixed by the date of the registration in a way that the last reservation has priority and its position does not depend on the number of the visitations.
13. The position of the free reservation not containing a working connection to the web-site of the company, in the respective subcategory is fixed by the date of the registration in a way that the last reservation has priority right after the free reservations that contain working connection, and its position does not depend on the nimber of the visitations.
14. All visible for the external user visits of the records through Need BG Ltd. are counted since the publishing date of the company web site.
15. The publishing of offers in the application travel.need.bg can be accomplished after payment of a monthly or yearly subscription.
16. The payment of subscription don't guarantee the positions of the published offers, only the using of the application.
17. The offers in travel.need.bg are authorized by operator and are visible according to the order of publishing or the last editing.
18. Publishing offers in rentacar.need.bg could be made after paying monthly or yearly subscription.
19. The positions of the offices and the offers in rentacar.need.bg are specified by the following measures: a) subscription; b) date of payment; c) by alphabetical order of the name of the company, which is publishing offers.
20. If there are any controversies concerning the use of services provided by Need BG Ltd., the following are taken into account:
    - invoice; - contract; - original registration e-mail in that order.
21. All banners are displayed by a rotating principle according to the assigned limit of views.
22. The Need BG Ltd. servers are optimized to be secure, reliable, fast-working and to be visible from all over the world. For that matter, clients could install applications on these servers that require additional installation setup. If needed, Need BG Ltd. offers its clients installation or setup assistance paid as per Need BG Ltd. service prices.
23. Need.bg use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when the users visit www.need.bg. These companies may use information (not including name, address, email address, or telephone number) about users' visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to him. ІІ. Rights and obligations of Need BG Ltd.:

1. Publishing the given by the company actual information.
2. Rendering all the services and registering the paied subscribers in due time.
3. Need BG Ltd. gives notice to its clients that the date of the bank documents for transfering the sum for the payment is regarded a moment of the payment.
4. Correction of the reservations by the wish of the user-company in due time.
5. Need.bg lets a free connection to the web pages of the government and diplomatic institutions, to facilitate its users and as a token of confidence in a necessity of fast and easier access to the information needed for the normally functioning of the business.
6. Free registration entitles only one record in the catalogue. The record contains information for a short description of the business, address of the office/shop and business phones.
7. Publication of the web address to free advertising in www.need.bg is only with an extra payment. Rendering of web address is not allowed in the ad description.
8. Need BG Ltd. has the right to remove the broken link of any advertisement, regardless of whether the customer has paid particular publication of link leading to a web site or not. Need BG Ltd. is obliged to notify the customer by e-mail about this action.
   The link may be restored by the client at the time the site is already running.
   Need BG Ltd. does not deduct or refund for broken links.
9. Payment of a link to a free entry in Need.bg, not entitle to publish an unlimited number of records in The Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue www.need.bg.
10. Reservations with pornographic or erotic contents are not allowed, as well as the ones that break the Internet ethics, the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and the international acts.
11. Exclusion of records: containing obscene information, with information infringing the rights and freedoms of citizens, with information unsuitable for minors, the diviner, healer, psychic and more, which advertising is restricted by law and fail to conform to the basic activity of the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalog 'need.bg'.
12. Removing reservations that are incorrect or unsuitable according to the main activity of the site.
13. Need BG Ltd. is obliged not to publish any official information that is reported in the clients form about the company except if that is their wish and it does not harm the rights and the interests of Need BG Ltd. or if it is requested by the state authorities.
14. Need BG Ltd. keeps the right to suspend relationships with users without preliminary notification in case of a stated infringement of the agreement, the Internet ethics, the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and the international acts and it does not owe any indemnifications and compensations.
15. Need BG Ltd. does not refund sums for incorrect and inapropriate for the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue reservations for the reason that it considers the user acquainted with the circumstances of the agreement.
16. In case of unilateral refusal of a customer to use our services in advance of being provided, Need BG Ltd. shall refund no sums.
17. Need BG Ltd. does not undertake any engagements to the users, connected with their relationships with other people and it is not responsible for missed benefits and caused harms that come from such relationships.
18. Need BG Ltd. keeps the right to change and improve the kind of the services it offers to the users at any time and it engages with the well-timed notification of the clients by publishing reports in this agreement or by personal contact in written form. If the companies does not declare disagreement with the changes done by the time fixed, they will be automatically considered commited with these changes. If disagreement is declared by the time fixed Need BG Ltd. can suspend temporarily or permanently its relationships with the user-company.
19. Need BG Ltd. has right to send notification via fax or email, by this the written form is considered to be kept.
20. Need BG Ltd. keeps the right to use cookies in their own websites and those who develop for their clients. Cookies represent a small amount of information transmitted from the server to the client computer and save it for a short time by the client computer transmit to each server, with which he is uniquely identified.
21. Need BG Ltd. gives to all the paied reservations in the catalogue the opportunity to publish a link with a correct URL address leading to their own web-page in their web-site, that contains a map of the address of the company, for the respective reservation.
22. Need BG Ltd. is obliged not to publish and provide email addresses of the companies registered in the catalogue.
23. Need BG Ltd. has the right to send information mail to the participants in www.need.bg until they refuse it.
24. Need BG Ltd. has the right to use data base of Need.bg to send messages to the registered companies in the site containing information of services offered by companies related with Need BG Ltd., taking into account with the requirements of ZET and The Register for e-mail addresses of legal persons who do not wish to receive unsolicited commercial messages to KZP.
25. Need BG Ltd. gives an opportunity for direct contact of the users with companies participants in the catalogue through feedback form to e-mail specified from paid subscribers.
26. Need BG Ltd. will deny records, containing capital letters only.
27. Need BG Ltd. will not publish in rentacar.need.bg images of cars not corresponding to the described brands in the offers.
28. Need BG Ltd. guarantees objectivity of information released by its employees and/or with thier assistance in publicity, and will not allow publication of information which might lead to tension or intolerance in ethnical, religious or any other way.
29. Need BG Ltd. is not responsible for the meaning, correctness and copyrights of the information published on the client's web-pages supported by the server of Need BG Ltd. because the company is explicitly informed its clients in term ІІІ.5. of the present agreement.
30. Need BG Ltd. is not responsible for contents transferred and posted by FTP provided to Need BG Ltd. clients, in this case for their relevance, correctness or authenticity beared only persons who have entered them.

ІІІ.Rights and obligations of the users:

1. All registered users receive company id and password to access clients.need.bg where can be managed the content of their record in www.need.bg and in the applications.
2. The activity of the company should be adequate to the categories and the subcategories of the catalogue. Users can not be pretentious about specific services which are different from the mentioned above.
3. Filling in the clients registration form correctly, including the information in English. Reservations with Bulgarian text and key-words written in Roman alphabet will not be published in the English version of the site.
4. Well-timed notification about changes in the contact information and URL.
5. Users are wholly responsible for the meaning, correctness and copyrights of the information published on the web-pages supported by the server of Need BG Ltd. and have the engagement this information not to harm to the Internet ethics, the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and the international acts and also not to link to other simillar web-pages.
6. Well-timed settle of all financial relationships with Need BG Ltd. Otherwise users are denied the opportunity of having any reasonable claims related with Need BG Ltd.
7. In case of subsequent disagreement with the policy and the attached by Need BG Ltd. conditions, users can suspend relationships with the company-deliverer of the services (Need BG Ltd.) but they have no right of compensations and indemnifications.
8. Users have no right to publish any information that harms the moral standard and the good manners, the rights and the liberties of the citizens according to the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the law and to the international acts. Publishing confidential information of any kind is not allowed in the site as well.
9. Clients can use free all the information given by Need BG Ltd. but they have no right to derive it in any way with the aim to create and use it in another data base, to sell it, to resell it or to give it to other persons.
10. Need.bg users can unsubscribe to information mail from within every letter sent by need.bg as well as through the /Information letters/ hyperlink in the clients.need.bg administration.
11. Need.bg users agree to receive unsolicited commercial messages from the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue "need.bg".
12. Need.bg users confirm that they are not registered at the Register of electronic addresses of legal entities who do not wish to receive unsolicited commercial messages at the User Protection Committee. Otherwise, and if they do not agree, users cannot claim to benefit from the services provided by the Bulgarian Internet Business Catalogue.
13. Need.bg users are familiar with their rights granted by the Law of Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection Law concerning receiving of commercial messages of any kind.
14. Companies which pay for subscription in www.need.bg/en for a period concurrent with a period, for which is paid for link in www.need.bg/en, entitled to compensation. It is extension of the period for which has been paid a link. Period of compensation may not be longer than the period for which subscription is paid. Need BG Ltd. not allow deduction of the payment for the link the amount of this subscription in www.need.bg.
15. The clients using feedback to office mail can decline it from 'Contact to You' in the menu of the clients` administration clients.need.bg.
16. Companies which publish in www.need.bg and the catalogue's applications, agree with the terms, which Need BG Ltd. sets for publishing offers and advertisement on its pages.
17. Customers, who have paid for an advertising service but who have refused their participation in www.need.bg before the expiration of the paid period, lose the right to use the ad service. The rest of the amount paid for the ad service is not a subject of adoption or return by Need BG Ltd.
